6- Week Small Group Fitness Training

When: 11am-12pm, Mondays & Thursdays

This for ENTHUSIASTIC postpartum athletes who are ready to get back to exercise 4-8 weeks after birth

Over the years,

Countless women have shared—

  • How confusing you find the lack of guidance with starting gym

    & high intensity fitness again while navigating injuries from birth. 

  • How frustrating it is navigating prolapse and diastasis recti

    with heavy lifting and fast paced group exercise classes.

    Using apps at home like Peloton are convenient, but leave you with many questions like—

  • Can Diastasis Recti be healed?

  • What does coning mean? 

  • How to lift heavy with prolapse again?

  • How do I know if I am doing too much too soon?

During this 6-week class– 

✔️ Confidently build your ab strength instead of worrying about your core and spending hours googling diastasis friendly exercises

✔️ Reduce your leakage with sneezing & jumping as feel like your self again

✔️ Improve your prolapse symptoms & your confidence to hit the trails running again 

✔️ Strengthen your achey back muscles so you feel stronger doing your new job carrying your growing bouncy baby

✔️ Build your fitness foundation for running and more! 

Each week will have Q &A plus educational time to fill in the blanks of what you WILL NOT learn at the postpartum check up with your OB provider.

Topics include: 

— Navigating high intensity exercise postpartum

— How to set your self up for consistent fitness success long term as a busy mom

— Avoiding dreaded issues like overtraining injuries, relative energy deficiency in sport (aka RED-S), you know those annoying issues that happen when you do too much too soon and eventually end up feeling butt hurt tired and slowed down from doing the sports you love  

  • Bring your baby & make friends with moms in a similar stage of postpartum recovery 

  • Together have support to rebuild your postpartum foundation with guided small group fitness training sessions with your expert instructor—

Spots are limited for up to 4 enthusiastic moms who are committed to having support as you rebuild your fitness foundation and who are ready to get started as soon as 4 weeks postpartum. 

The investment is $300 for all 12 sessions (2x/ weekly small group fitness training for 6 weeks.)

Additional Details:

  • Admissions is rolling, which means your six weeks will start on your first date of attendance.

  • This is not a drop in program.
